HOW TO ORDER
All Nine Vines invitations & stationery are available for purchase online only, in just a few simple steps.
1. Select your stationery and place your order, with this accomplished the rest is easy!
2. A confirmatory email will be sent to you providing you with a personal log in for the Nine Vines Client Page. Within the client page you will have access to a guest list template, wording examples, checklists and more to assist you finalise your stationery details.
3. Submit your wording & guest list via the Nine Vines Client Page, your designs will then be emailed to you in 7 working days .(see the Nine Vines ‘Express Service’ for faster timeframes)
4. Once your design is approved, your stationery will be dispatched in a further 10 working days. (see the Nine Vines ‘Express Service’ for faster timeframes)
SAMPLE COLLECTION
A first glance you’ll never forget... the sample collection is your taste of what your guests will experience with their Nine Vines stationery. Each Wedding invitation has available a ‘Sample Collection’ containing the Invitation, RSVP, Order of Service, Place Card, Bonbonniere & Thank You card. The Sample Collection includes Platinum Service (fully assembled) and contains generic wording, as seen on the Nine Vines website. Once ordered, your Sample Collection will be dispatched in 5 working days. Delivered in style with the exclusive keepsake Nine Vines box, each sample collection is $39.95 (this does not include postage & handling).
TIMEFRAMES
Allow 3-4 weeks for standard production time of all stationery. If time is of the essence then we recommend you choose the Nine Vines ‘Express Service’. Your stationery will be designed and produced within 10 working days rather than the standard 3-4 weeks. Add the ‘Express Service’ at checkout & the faster timeframe will be applied to all stationery items within your shopping cart.
SPARE / EXTRA INVITATIONS
It is imperative that you finalise your guest list and consider carefully the need for a number of spare invitations. These are printed without guest's names and are supplied with blank envelopes. Should you require further blank invitations after your order has been placed, a $55 reprint fee will be incurred on top of the cost of the stationery required. CONFIRMING YOUR ORDEROnce you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmatory email, which includes a personal log in, for access to the Nine Vines ‘Client Page’. The Client Page will display information regarding your order, wording examples, a guest list template and other information to assist you submit your stationery details. You will have access to make any amendments to your wording, guest list or image until you select ‘Submit for Design’. No further changes can be made to your details once ‘Submitted’. (Should you cancel your order for any reason, your payment will be forfeited)
GUEST DETAILS
A formatted template is provided on your client page for you to complete all your guest details within. Download the provided template, complete all details as recommended by the spreadsheet example and once completed upload your list to your client page. Spare invitations will be produced, where by your guest list number is less than your ordered amount.
DESIGN
Once all details (wording, guest list, image) has been ‘Submitted’ on your Client Page your stationery can be designed. Your design will be emailed to you in 7 working days, as a PDF. Please note that the design will not commence until your Client Page is complete and all required details are ‘Submitted’. Any changes to the design are required preferably by reply email but always in writing. One final updated PDF design is sent with the changes you have requested. If you require further changes after the final design is sent, a design fee of $30 per extra draft will apply. To ‘approve’ your design & proceed to production, simply complete the ‘authority to print’ form provided & reply via email. Nine Vines accepts no responsibility once your design has been approved. Your stationery will be completed and ready for delivery in 10 working days upon receiving your ‘authority to print’.
COLOURS
The onscreen colours viewed in the PDF draft you receive may differ slightly from printed colours. Although the greatest care is taken to ensure the colours chosen are delivered, Nine Vines accepts no responsibility for slight differences in printed colours. If you have a particular colour that you require your invitations to be matched to please contact Nine Vines via email - events@ninevines.com.au.

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post and are sent standard post to the delivery address submitted on your client page. No responsibility is taken by Nine Vines for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to major cities is generally within 2 - 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery to other countries is available. All international orders are dispatched using Australia Post and are sent via air mail. If an item you have selected is unavailable you will be contacted within 2 business days and advised that there may be a delay. You may choose an alternative product, exchange or refund if the delay is unsuitable.
PRICING
All pricing listed on the Nine Vines website is in Australian Dollars and is GST inclusive.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please choose carefully as Nine Vines do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You must notify Nine Vines within 3 days of receiving your order of any items that appear faulty. You may choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do. Exchange or credit amounts will apply only to the purchase price of the item you are returning, postage & handling costs will not be credited.
NOTE: Colours may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. On screen colours may vary due to situations beyond our control such as the brightness /contrast settings on your computer monitor. Please contact Nine Vines with any queries.
